Unionarity is the specialist brand of Pivotal, dedicated to supporting tech ventures and tech venture buyers in research-driven market exploration, financing rounds and M&A transactions.

Unionarity operates under the same principles as Pivotal: data-driven, with a focus on capabilities and opportunities in the value proposition area, the front-, and backstage of the value generation as well as in the profit formula of the business model. We rely on this approach because we are entrepreneurs ourselves, having experienced this journey multiple times from both the sell and the buy-side perspectives.

Our clients include two primary groups: On the one side, post-pivot tech ventures and tech companies without pivot history. On the other side, we support established companies on the buy-side for preparing strategic cooperations, tech venture acquisitions and in implementing roll-up strategies.
